As part of the practice of sound healing, we organize or participate in performances of Indian Classical music, with the Tanpura (see the Instrument section) designed and built by Frans Bosman in 2007. Part of the proceeds of these concerts go to social justice work in India. (see www.vikashmaharaj.com/Activism.html)  Here Frans is performing with Pandit Vikash Maharaj (on Sarod), his son Prabhash (on Tabla) and singer Gina Sala, on April 27th in Seattle (Two Dog Yoga).

The Global Sound Conference, held in May 2008, and superbly organized by Alex Theory and staff, was truly an extraordinary experience for me as exhibitor.

Organum MedicinalisTM was placed in a downstairs room, together with a number of other exhibitors who offered their unique healing methods and modalities. As the weekend progressed, we noticed that all of us in the room harmonized in sound and spirit. Instruments were in tune and in harmony, and all of us enjoyed each others skills, care and presence during the entire conference.
